What is the difference between a content creator and professional services?
A content creator typically uses a mobile device to capture media along with mobile phone suitable apps to edit and export a final product. This is a great option for ease of use and quick turnaround for a final product.
Professional photo/videography requires professional level equipment and knowledge. From understanding key composure techniques, to using advanced software to process and edit. This process is much more involved but it comes with a higher level of versatility. Using this method allows much more manipulation of the media to achieve desired outcomes in terms of how you are able to edit the footage. It is a very involved process and takes much longer to achieve a final result in most scenarios
Can I have a copy of all the RAW files?
This is an additional option on-top of set packages.
Most photographers can be hesitant to send their raw files out, as these are not a true representation of their work. We understand that there may still be moments within these files you would like that we missed out of the final stock.
For this reason, we offer the raw files as an additional service.
You'll be sent a JPEG version of all files, be able to select which ones you specifically want edited and copies of.
We will then send you your requested RAW files along with our edits of this
